A 5% fee will be assessed if you cancel more than 7 days before your launch date. A 10% fee will be assessed if you cancel 6-2 days before your launch date. Â A 50% fee will be assessed if you cancel 24 hours or less before your launch date. Cancellation fees cover the cost of preparation associated with forms processing, scheduling, and materials when initial booking is made. If a cancellation is necessary please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
